With a strong background in international trade and finance, Janina has worked with global institutions such as the IMF and EXIM Bank to develop equipment financing programs. She played a key role in establishing dealership and customer support networks throughout Eastern Europe. As a participant in the U.S. State Department’s Open World Program, she has actively promoted global collaboration through trade and business. Fluent in three languages, Janina brings an international perspective and strategic vision to CETS operations.
Wayne brings over two decades of marketing and business development experience to CETS. As co-founder of 6AM Marketing, he has led major branding and licensing initiatives across industries. Formerly President of Forward Wisconsin, Inc., Wayne also served in the Governor’s Cabinet and held leadership roles with numerous state boards. His background includes executive and franchise leadership with McDonald’s Corporation, where he earned multiple national awards.
